By accessing or using Rawly AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rawly AI is an AI-powered image and video generation platform. Users can generate content using various AI models through a credit-based system.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

• New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits.
• Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Top-up credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Creates non-consensual deepfakes or impersonates real individuals
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or promotes violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content you generate using the Service.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content, but we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims.
• You are responsible for how you use generated content.
• Paid plan users receive a commercial license to use generated content for commercial purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. If a generation fails due to a system error, credits will be automatically refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
